It is possible that the cardholder's signature will be required on the receipt to complete a transaction. This depends on the type of customers card.
This feature is supported by all our card terminals, apart from the following, which do not have a printer for receipts.
Ξ50 (Mobile Card Terminal)
Ξ77 (Mobile Card Terminal Plus)
Mini Card Reader
Pocket Card Terminal
These terminals normally accept cards that require a signature, and in order to complete the transaction, you will need to print it from your viva.com Account for it to be signed by the customer.
To confirm that you support such cards:
Log in to your viva.com Account.
Select from the menu Settings, Profile and at the accept cards point, it will show you whether you support such transactions.
