Verification Process – How can I verify my account?

Once you complete the registration of your business account, the system will notify you about the required "Verification" of your details. To perform any transactions, your account must first be verified.

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Select from the Menu, Settings, and Profile.

  3. Choose the "Verify" option to begin the process.

You will then need to verify the identity of the legal representative or the authorized account administrator through the Remote Identity Verification Process.

If any additional action is required from your side, we will contact you via email with clear instructions.


Why do you need to complete the verification?

According to current legislation, a special regulatory framework has been established

to protect users, secure transactions, and the financial system.

Viva Payments needs to confirm the validity and accuracy of the information you

enter, through the verification process.

  1. Check if you have received any messages from Viva.com (e-mail, spam, SMS)

  2. Ensure that your details are in the local registries.
