If you wish to cancel your business card order, you first need to check if the order charge has been completed by following these steps:
Log in to your viva.com account.
From the left menu, select Accounts.
Locate the Primary Account and select Details on the right.
Find the transaction with the description viva.com Card express activation fee.
If the charge has been completed, the order cannot be canceled.
