How can I change the Contact Person (administrator) of my business account?

Any physical person can be assigned as the account administrator. To make this change, please contact one of our representatives via live chat or by emailing us at support@viva.com from your registered email address.

Your request should include:

  1. The name and VAT number of your business.

  2. Your registration mobile phone number.

  3. The name and mobile phone number of the new administrator.

You will be informed via email the status of your request, which will be sent to your registered email address.
