You can request a balance statement for your business account by sending an email to support@viva.com from the email address registered with your Viva.com account.
In your email, include:
Full name and Business name (if applicable)
Registered phone number
Business Tax ID
Desired date for the balance statement (e.g. 28/03/2026)
We'll send updates about your request to the email address registered with your Viva.com account.
