There is a problem with printing the receipt of the last transaction. What should I do?

If you experience any issue with printing the receipt of the last transaction, you have the option to "Reprint".

Terminals: Α920 pro, A920, A910, Α80

The steps in detail:

  1. Select the 3 horizontal bars at the top of your terminal screen to go to the Menu

  2. Navigate to the Report, "Reprint" submenu.

By doing this, the terminal re-issues the receipt of the last transaction.

Terminals: S800, S900

The steps in detail:

  1. Select Menu by selecting the corresponding button

  2. Locate and press the Reprint option

By doing this, the terminal re-issues the receipt of the last transaction.
