Adding funds to your viva.com Account

The viva.com account is a standard payments account.

There are several reasons you might need to add funds, such as processing a customer refund, ensuring your employees have sufficient balance to cover expenses with their cards, or funding your account to activate your first subscription .

Here’s how you can fund your account effortlessly:

➡️Instantly by charging a card

Login to your Account, select the option Deposit money and then Click the option By Card.

➡️With a bank transfer

Log in to your account, select the "Deposit Money" option, and then click on "Bank Transfer." There, you will find all the necessary information required to transfer money from another bank account to your viva.com account. More details here.

Note: To make a transfer from another bank account you need to activate an IBAN. You can have as many accounts as you want with or without an IBAN. See how to enable IBAN on your account here.

When charging a card, fees are calculated based on the amount. There are also fees for enabling an IBAN. See the exact fees here.


We suggest using charging by card only occasionally and for small amounts. If you need to add or receive funds frequently we suggest activating an IBAN.
