You can update the email address associated with your Viva.com business account by following the steps below.
Update your email
Log in to your Viva.com Account using a web browser.
Go to Settings > Profile.
Under Business Account Contact Details, select Email.
Enter your new email address.
Select Save.
Confirm your new email address
After saving your changes, we'll send a confirmation email to your new email address.
To complete the update, open the email and select the confirmation link.
Important: Your new email address will not be updated until you complete this step.
Update your email for system notifications
You can also update your E-mail for system notifications by following the same steps above.
Important
If the same email address is used for another Viva.com business account, updating your email address here will also update it for that account.
