If you have returned a product and have not received your refund, contact the merchant in writing to check the status of the refund.
Once the refund has been processed, it may take up to 12 days to appear in your account. You can check this by going to:
Accounts > Primary > Details
If you have already contacted the merchant and they have not provided the agreed refund information, follow the dispute procedure.
