In order to update Viva.com Terminal app to its latest version from the Google Play Store / Apple Store.
On Android devices
Open the Google Play Store.
Locate the Viva.com Terminal app.
Tap Update, if a newer version is available.
On iPhone (iOS)
Open the App Store.
Tap the account icon (top right).
Find the Viva.com Terminal app in the list of available updates.
Sunmi terminals
You can update the app via the Sunmi Store.
Open: Sunmi Store → Viva.com Terminal → Update, if a newer version is available.
Make sure the terminal is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) so that the installation can be completed.
For immediate and uninterrupted receipt of all updates:
Keep the terminals permanently connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
Enable automatic updates where supported (Android / iOS).
To upgrade your Mini Card Reader or Pocket Card Terminal, simply update the Viva.com Terminal app to the latest version.
You may have an older version of the Viva.com Terminal app installed that is no longer supported. In this case, your device will not be able to accept payments or make use of the latest features and new services.
