How can I activate my PAX card terminal?

Log in to your Viva.com account.

Navigate to Sales > Physical Payments > Card Terminals.

Select New Card Terminal at the top-right of the screen.

Enter the activation code displayed on your terminal and select Next.

A message will appear asking you to Finish setting up on your device.

Confirm the activation prompt displayed on your terminal.

Complete any remaining setup steps on your device.

Log in to your Viva.com app.

Select Preferences at the bottom-right of the screen.

Tap Activate a Viva Terminal.

Enter the activation code manually or scan it using your phone's camera.

Select Activate Device.

A confirmation message will appear once the activation is successful.

Confirm the activation prompt displayed on your terminal.

Complete any remaining setup steps on your device.

Press and hold the red power button to turn on the terminal.

Select the Viva.com logo.

Choose your preferred language and select Continue.

On the next screen, select Continue.

Wait until the screen for entering a payment amount appears.

Select Set Permissions to configure the required device permissions.

Open the Viva Launcher app.

Enable Permit usage access.

Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language and grant the necessary device permissions.

Once the initial setup is complete, activate your terminal using the activation code, following one of the methods described above.
