If your signature is required to open a Viva.com account, you will receive an invitation by email. You can learn more about Viva.com's onboarding process here.
To provide your information and electronically sign the required documents, open the invitation email and select Sign agreement.
Then follow the steps below:
Enter your mobile number.
Choose how you would like to sign in or enter your email address manually.
Enter your personal details and accept the terms and conditions required to continue.
Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to the mobile number you provided.
Verify your personal details.
Depending on your country, you may need to connect to your local verification portal or complete identity verification remotely.
Review the terms and declarations presented to you.
Select I confirm to continue.
Preview the documents you are about to sign.
After completing both required checkboxes, select Send code.
Enter the new OTP sent to your mobile number to complete the electronic signature.
Once you have electronically signed the document, you will receive a copy by email.
