Change your trade name
You can update your trade name directly from your account.
Login to your account
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Profile"
General info will appear with your current trade name. Clicking on "Change"
Enter the new trade name and click on "Change"
The trade name will successfully change!
Change your company name
Your company name can only be updated if it has officially changed in your company's articles of association.
If your company name has changed, please contact us so we can update your account details.
Change your Merchant Category Code (MCC)
Your Merchant Category Code (MCC) identifies the type of business activities your business performs.
If you would like to request a change to your MCC, please contact our support team.
Please note that your MCC is not displayed in your account, but we can provide it to you upon request.
Change your business legal form
If the legal form of your business has changed, please contact one of our representatives, who will guide you through the next steps.
