Your card terminal will be delivered to your chosen address in 3 to 5 business days following the date of payment.

The card terminal order will be processed only if there is enough available balance in your business account (Primary).

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouses, you will receive an email notification with tracking information sent to the email address registered to your account.

If you placed your order as a customer while logged into your account, you can also track your order status directly through your viva.com account.
