To order a terminal as an existing customer:
Visit the Viva.com e-shop. Under Terminals, choose the terminal you want and select Shop now, then follow the ordering instructions.
When you proceed to payment, click on Log in to buy. To place an order, make sure you're logged in and have selected the same country where your account was created.
Fill in your phone number and password to log in to your business account and continue the payment.
Once you receive the device, follow the Setup and Activation Guide for your terminal model.
To proceed with ordering a terminal on a monthly lease, you must have completed the identification process and have the required balance in your account for the first installment.
