Merchants who are assigned a new GB IBAN are not automatically enrolled in the Unlimited Incoming Transfers service.
By default, incoming transfers to the newly assigned GB IBAN are charged per incoming transfer, according to the applicable Pricing List.
If you prefer a fixed monthly fee instead of per-transfer charges, you can enable Unlimited Incoming Transfers by following the activation steps below.
Merchants who were already subscribed to Unlimited Incoming Transfers before receiving or being reassigned a GB IBAN will continue with their existing pricing, with no changes.
With Unlimited Incoming Transfers, you can:
Receive unlimited incoming transfers to your selected account without per-transaction fees.
Enable or disable the service whenever you need.
➽ How to activate the service
Activating the service is quick and easy:
Log in to your Viva.com account
Go to Accounts
Select Details for the account you want to enable the service on
Locate the Unlimited Incoming Transfers toggle under your IBAN
Click "Enable" - a pop-up will display the 10€ monthly fee
Confirm by clicking "Request Activation"
Your request will be submitted, and the service will be activated within one day.
Once activated, you can receive unlimited incoming transfers to the selected account without incurring per-transaction incoming transfer fees.
➽ How to disable the service
You can disable the service at any time.
Go to Accounts and select Details for the relevant account.
Under your IBAN, click Disable.
Review the confirmation message informing you that standard incoming transfer fees will apply after deactivation.
Confirm by clicking "Deactivate"
You can reactivate the service at any time.
Availability
Unlimited Incoming Transfers is available for eligible Viva.com accounts. Availability may vary depending on the country and account type.
