I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

In case you do not remember your password, please follow the following steps:

You can reset your password provided that you have your registered mobile phone number with you.

  1. Select the Log in link from the viva.com website.

  2. Click the I forgot my password link.

  3. Enter the registered telephone number and select Reset Password.

  4. An E-mail has been sent to your registered E-mail address including instructions on how to amend your password. ​

  5. ​Click on the link received in your E-mail. ​

  6. Create your New Password and select Complete.

  7. Enter the OTP password received in your registered phone number.

8. You will see the following message for successful change:

9. An E-mail will also be sent to your registered E-mail confirming the password change.

If you have exceeded the 3 allowed attempts to change your password, you will need to wait 30 minutes before trying to change it again.
