Regardless of whether you had purchased* or leased your card terminal, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase and provided that the packaging of the equipment has not been tampered with. Furthermore, you may request your card terminal return due to dissolution of your business. For both reasons, reach out to one of our representatives to submit your card terminal return request.
The shipping parcel as well as courier comments should include the reason "Viva POS" and all the contents of the original packaging.
**If the card terminal is purchased there is no need to return it.
